I’m hoping not, people are pissed. I’d argue that despite everything the overall party has gone leftward in 4 years and like the GOP they can’t contain their base forever.

Yeah, Warnock was finishing a term and Ossoff starting a new one. 

They’ve been pretty open about their opinions on non-landowners voting for a while now. 

I don’t see it happening unless she somehow wins over the counties they haven’t purged. She will need a huge appeal to make up for whatever they do to her strongest places of support. Dems will be on the defensive next year too. 

It’s what they always were doing! 

I’m positive....that the Dems are going to be so unpopular next year it won’t make a difference in this midterm, we’re fucked anyway!

I didn’t think it would be a question that it would gentrify the area. Glad to know a few people care. 

At least people have fun at those? It’s not literally throwing cash at teachers and making them pick it up. People like their shrouds. 

Isn’t that fairly recent though? I think it’s somewhat optional, but in the way that volunteering to coach sports teams, chaperone and monitor after school things is optional. If you don’t it’s noticed, and in the case of supplies your kids will end up with a bare bones and prison-like classroom.

The thing is I wonder just how many people laughed cruelly at this, or even noticed this was a weird thing to do at all. They’re just conditioned to think this is a perfectly fun and innocent activity, and how nice of the hockey team to help teachers out, because absolutely nobody else could! I find that slightly more…

I like that we at least are pointing out how fucked up this all is. I definitely remember stuff like this happening in the 2000's with mostly a shrug. Same with the factories collapsing with workers forced to be there, and the kids hosting fundraisers for their friends with lunch bills

He’s gonna win, and life will be hell. I have almost no positive predictions for the Democrats next year. Warnock and Abrams will simply lose, and if they don’t it’ll be close enough for Georgia to throw out a few thousand “irregular” votes while the Dems just furrow their brows.

I like that California is deciding let’s do the same for gun ownership. Partisan or not the Supreme Court will have trouble justifying one and not the other.

For some reason for decades cartoons needed to be in threes and the middle part is always filler. Not that US Acres or Dial M for Monkey was awful, but it wasn’t necessary either.
