As an artist as well I became very disappointed and disillusioned when so many artists I respected and patronized jumped on this stupid hype bullshit. I unfollowed them on all social accounts and refuse to buy any new works from any of them in the future.

It’s wild to me that the cult of Elon still believes the myths that he just ingeniously invented all these companies out of thin air.

This is insane behavior.

When “openly gay black character” is a common enough to be considered “normal” it won’t be worth mentioning. But until then, it absolutely is worth it for its groundbreaking and iconic nature.

While this is a clever way to show how awful the Texas law is, it’s pretty clear that the right wing of this country up to and including the Supreme Court majority aren’t interested in logic, but instead are only really interested in justifying whatever they think should be the rules.

If I voice an opinion on social media and it reflects poorly on the company that I work for I would absolutely be fired for it.

Again, these are celebrities, not my friends. Why is it so important to you what two celebrities do?

The fact that anyone could get upset about a comedian’s divorce in this day and age, with the sheer amount of actual things to be upset about, is crazy to me.

I mean it’s not like there’s some OTHER reason people maybe want to avoid the theater right now...

It’s worth noting that the other actors did NOT dub over Kayvan Novak while he wore the Cloak of Deception (except for Nadja). It’s actually Kayvan doing impressions of Colin Robinson, Laszlo, and Guillermo, which I think makes it a lot funnier.

I think the line is being more and more blurred between what is “made for TV” and “made for theater” with TVs getting bigger and bigger, with higher and higher definitions, and more widescreen “cinematic” formats becoming the norm, coupled with bigger and bigger budgets for TV shows to make them increasingly

I think it’s easy to dismiss her, in this case, because what she’s saying just isn’t the experience of a lot of people. And it doesn’t help that her most recent movie felt fake no matter where you were watching it.

Maybe WW84 just looked like a fake movie no matter where you see it.

I honestly wasn’t sure it was Douglas while watching the episode as I didn’t pay attention to the credits and had to look it up afterwards. He’s meant to be playing a crazy, unhinged version of himself so it sounds like someone doing an exaggerated Michael Douglas impression, but it works really well for the state of

Is anyone else getting a really terribly aligned Billie Eilish ad that obscures the actual text of the article and can’t be closed?

As far as pulling voice actors from the main MCU cast, this one pulls out almost all the stops, even bringing Leslie Bibb in to voice Christine Everheart for a brief cameo as the reporter on TV relaying news of the house explosion.

I felt that everyone performed adequately, but there was no standout this week who REALLY seemed to be getting into it. Every other episode has had someone who really seems to be letting loose: Atwell in Ep 1, Hounsou in Ep 2, Douglas in Ep 3...this episode was missing that standout, but everyone did pretty well.

Hell, they made Selina Kyle a black woman back in the 60s and it’s one of the most iconic live action portrayals of the character.

HAHAHA.

Right. Aside from Spike, who the creator stated was Asian, it’s likely the rest of the cast didn’t specify the ethnicity of the role.
