This is what I was wondering as well.

Not to mention he’s so furious about the switching ethnicity for this show in which he uhhh doesn’t remember the name of one of the principle casts, and yet won’t let that stop him from getting mad about the amount of clothes she’s wearing!

“Clearly white or Japanese” is such an insane statement that I can’t even begin to parse it. Dude, go outside.

Yknow just my opinion but your FREQUENT USE OF ALL CAPS to stress how LITTLE YOU CARE isn’t helping your whole “i don’t even care” stance.

Lol, cry more dude.

Yeah, I had to go look up Melodrama and NFR just to make sure this wasn’t some weird Mandela Effect thing going on, but yup - Antonoff produced those records too.

Shut the fuck up.

Does Feige get to decide which movies get theatrical releases and which get same day streaming? Is he responsible for the comments of Disney’s CEO? Is he instrumental in the lawsuit between ScarJo and Disney?

The principle cast dress in the iconic suits at a memorial for their friend and are shown walking down an alley in an obvious nod to the Tarantino film. But the references seem more like suggestions so far than any overt connection.

I watched the first episode a second time after my housemate expressed interest, and noticed that the salvage yard is called “Burglecutt’s Salvage”.

I mean, on the one hand you can say it’s “common” that older men groom high school girls because they can instill a sense that “an older guy likes me so I must be cool and mature for my age” but that does not, in any way, make it “fine”.

I thought that was her, and remember thinking “oh, she must be important since I recognize the actor” and then...she just disappeared and I forgot about it.

Anyone who dies on the hill of not taking daily showers has never lived in a remotely humid environment.

I recently watched a documentary on HBO Max about Woodstock ‘99, and it definitely showcased how most of the attendees, there to see groups like Limp Bizkit, were college bros with backwards hats who were desperate for something to rebel against even though they mostly had everything handed to them.

Womp Womp.

It honestly took me forever to realize that it actually WAS Jai Courtney in Spartacus, because he’s actually acting and doing things.

He’s among the Sam Worthingtons and Jai Courtneys of the world to me, ie. the Boring Lead Men Who Must Be Stopped, although ironically it was the last Suicide Squad that actually almost took Courtney off that list for me, with his goofy scenery chewing Captain Boomerang.

I think the fact that Cushing died over 20 years before Rogue One was released, whereas Fisher died in the middle of filming the sequel trilogy, probably had an effect on the decision to use CGI to “resurrect” her.

It is the VERY loosest of comparisons. To say that Captain Marvel is just a re-skinned Robocop shows how fast and loose the guy is playing with the idea of movies aping others.

This is a property I always liked, but for me, it was all in the unique designs, and creating my OWN adventures with the figures. It was one of the main toy lines I actually played with growing up, and I think a lot of my fondness for the property comes from creating my own adventures. I never got too into the comic.
