These people always sound so whiny when asked to do their damn jobs, even if it gets ugly.

Jokes on you, I won’t bite.
Tomi Lahren: too overtly racist for common media, too much of an uppity woman for Fox News; now she’s headed to the last refuge of the conventionally attractive bottle blonde: discount athletic wear that will be sold at K-Mart.
“A lot of people are saying, you know, you’ve heard it, that I have tremendous bars. You know, I say, thanks, because they’re the real experts, great people. But they say, you know who they are, that I’m really leading the game. They say I’m a goat. We’ll see about it.”
Something about “don’t do nice things for folks expecting their gratitude. Do nice things to do nice things.”
Harris, Biden, and Buttigeig all have exactly zero plans or ideas for Climate Change that doesn’t involve more than lip service. Biden just wants to attach us to a bunch of resolutions again, without passing any legislature. Harris, until recently, wasn’t even that interested in discussing it as a political strategy. h…
What I’m really excited for is this NAFTA agreement he talks about. It just gets me so stoked for 1995!
‘What do you expect us to do, the obviously good thing people support!?’
Well, yeah. Can’t have it come out that Biden doesn’t actually have a Climate Change plan, and Harris doesn’t give a fuck one way or the other (until, of course, she got backlash for it, then suddenly it was an important issue.. makes you think). Buttigeig would likely just shrug.
Fair (as I’m sitting here, supposed to be writing this paper, but completely procrastinating in a very dangerous way). BUT! I think that’s the one avenue the GOP has screwed themselves over hard on and overreached in the last 3 years.
We know this, yes.
Eh, it’s kinda cyclical. We sorta hit this exact same phase of our country in 1870-1900. Of course, back then, we had sweeping reforms and massive amounts of legislature passed to protect ourselves from allowing the Gilded Age to happen again, but we’ve been swiftly tearing down those pesky ‘regulations’ ever since…
I think you’re forgetting how bad it looks to have someone step down from power. It would require you to: 1) admit that you were wrong, in some regard, as an organization, 2) put a major halt on a lot of policies you’re trying to shove through as the transition of power occurs, 3) Trump no longer gets executive…
Fingers are crossed, hope is there. We just gotta figure out a way to get more folks to care.
If Trump is just a distraction from what the GOP is ‘really doing’, he’s doing a shit job of it.
To my Not-As-Horny Friend,
It’s almost like they’re a group of disingenuous folks who don’t actually care about what the meaning of the statements or the words that are used, they only care about money and power.
‘Honestly describing her paid position for the last 2 years’
‘Winning is for Capitalists’ was a phrase at a board meeting used by a trust fund bro that assuredly could be described as “Axe Body Spray, the Person” during the pitch for this game.
And a satisfied customer!
