Hey if you can afford one of those newfangled electric motorbikes, and you are gonna ride it in the winter, i think 100-200 is a worthy investment for your comfort and safety. One of the most important things I learned from self defense firearms training is when NOT to shoot. Many times it could actually do more harm than good. That said, If I have a clear shot I am taking it.
