Really, really awesome (and I love the color) - wish he'd shared fuel costs/mileage for the trip. It would be neat to see real-world mileage on such a thing.

I remember watching the movie and thinking... "Huh, seems relevant today..."

Certainly it had not been as well maintained as I was led to believe... that aside, it shouldn't take calls to 5 different Dodge dealerships to fine one that will even look at the thing. I knew I was in trouble then. Curiously, I know several people that have owned them and had all kinds of assorted issues with theirs

I just wanted to share my own experience with the Dodge skinned version of this car (Stealth R/T Twin Turbo)... I owned one for 3 "glorious" years. 3 years of getting rides from my friends... 1 blown engine (due to timing belt tensioner going out) - that took 3.5 months AT THE DEALER to get sorted out, and about

I thought the F40 LM had larger intercoolers... maybe just the GTE?

Except the text is referring to the photo in the context of loose chicks and the associated phrase "like throwing a hotdog down a hallway..." so it's on the sly... hence the, "I see what he did there..."

Uh... no... I'm pretty sure that's exactly what I meant to post...

Gotcha... am on the same page with you as well... For ~$80k, I'd put a Z06 in my garage before/over a viper any day.

Are you adding ~$20,000 in upgrades to the Z06? MSRP is just under $80, is it not...?

Good call... would take the CL65 over the Fancy Ford any day...

I had the good fortune to see Fifi take off, make several low passes (not crazy low or anything) and land last year. Words cannot even describe the sense of awe. Despite not living in an era when these machines were used in anger, it was still a very emotional moment to see the only airworthy one doing it's thing.

I was pretty sure it was... seems like a C4 that I once spent some time under was, too, so I was pretty sure...

Since no one was convicted... we don't know for certain that Banda was was killed out of vengeance or in cold blood. Certainly seems reasonable... but it is unknown.

You could have a front, mid-engine Corvette... not quite the same... Though, having not looked under the hood of a C7 yet, it may well be Front, mid-engine...

Some of those things - especially the narrower box sides (#3) remind me of my 2008 Tundra...

You laugh, but I have actually seen something close here in Kansas.... Giant shopping cart, driven down the highway, with some sort of chevy small-block in it...

Edit: found a picture of it...

Those are stock wheels off of a Murcielago roadster...

heh... lane splitting done right...

I was wondering that as well - I can't think of another post-war car that's won.
