No one is being charged with anything, no one broke the law on how they handled the guns because there is literally no laws on how guns are handled. Children are shooting themselves with loaded weapons left on the coffee table. But conservatives insist no laws are needed.

Ultimately the blame lies with the waffle house for calling the cops in the first place. What did they tell the cops? That this person threatened them? Is acting violently?

To be fair, hypocrisy is a prerequisite to be conservative.
