I’m fine with the timing of this release. Like every Trump scandal, the Woodward tapes will have a shorter shelf life than unrefrigerated milk. This way at least they’ll be at the front-of-mind of voters during early voting.

Ah, yes. The modern version of robin hood -- steal from the poor, give to the rich.

This goes on long enough 700,000 will be a drop in the ocean. The vast majority who live pay day to pay day may well be lining up for food stamps before too long.

Joe Biden is going to be just as bad

I want to warp to November so I can vote this incompetent asshole out of office.

They might live in rural areas, but they’re constantly coming to metro areas to work, shop in flashy malls with a Bass Pro Shop, hold bachelor/bachelorette parties, clog the roadways, etc.

The bulk of Australia’s cases came from citizens returning from time in the US and Americans bringing with them. Should Australians be calling it the American Virus?

These folks always need something to happen to them before they give a shit because empathy and a sense of community are the American ideals they choose to ignore.

I could pay $16 just for parking at my preferred theater.

Dends on where you live. The Cinemark we use in SLC is $9 / ticket prime time. $7 normally. $5 midweek.

Yeah this seems like such a good deal it almost makes me want to watch The Invisible Man. Even the megaplex by me is still $12 a ticket for a standard screening. Then add in popcorn, drinks or dinner beforehand. A movie night out with the lady friend is $30 at a bare minimum.

It isn’t just big cities. In the main cities in West Michigan it is $16-18 for a ticket and easily that for a soda and popcorn.

Agreed. In San Diego, movie tickets are about $15-$18. To grab a snack, water, and beer, it’s like $20-$30 extra. It’s easily $40-$60 for my wife and I to go the movies when all is said and done, depending on what kind of snacks or drinks we get.

Seven bucks a ticket. Put candy or something in your pocket to munch on and the theatre won’t whine about you visibly bringing a bottle of water from outside.

About half that where I live, even cheaper most days, and for seniors and kids. So it may be acceptable in NYC, but not necessarily in the Midwest.

Yeah but on the other hand $20 for a family is a lot less than the cinema.

I’d argue that happened on January 20th, 2017.

The US government has gone full on clown mode.

Billionaire CEOs wouldn't be able to afford their fifth $45M yacht otherwise.
