She was actually stripped of her award.

Minor spelling correction: “same” instead of “sage page”.

I’m so glad Aisha spoke out about the ridiculous storyline pairing her character with a relic, forcing Kat into a position where she has to redeem nonsense.

I’ll check it out while waiting for S2 of The Other Two.

“Indians” aren’t a monolithic group, though. There are Black people who are against the BLM movement, LGBT+ folk against pride (and some were against marriage equality), etc.

Interesting that the narrative - for some people - has shifted to “I can understand the Apu issue, but this is a bit too much.” When the debate over Apu first began, both the crew and fans were remarkably dismissive of it. Hindsight is an intriguing thing.

Still play Warioland 3 and 4 from time to time. Still excellent, remarkably creative games. It’s a shame they don’t get the same recognition that Mario and Luigi games have gotten.

Easily the best new broadcast show of the year. Hope ABC gives it a shot. The Rookie had a dull beginning last year and blossomed this year in its viewership, so there’s hope.

First few eps give off a boring ABC-procedural vibe which I didn’t enjoy, but I felt there was something more. I stuck around and by ep 4 or 5 I was glad I did. It’s a wonderful show that gets into its groove quite quickly after a lazy, overly produced start.

I would have liked a longer episode runtime but I’m happy it’s back. :)

I think this just represents a shift in what the writers of both shows think mainstream America wants. Whether or not they’re correct is a different story, but I don’t blame them for thinking that way.

I love her version and am looking forward to see the new material for the film. I wonder if Disney is backtracking a little after visible disappointment from fans over omissions from the new film.

YA is so broad a category, though. I have no doubt a lot of viewers interested in this series also watched The Witcher and You, both of which I feel appealed to the YA demo.

Disney+ needs to ditch the Disney Channel execs and bring on a few more people from Hulu.

I think CT is the only one I go back to because the story, gameplay, and even the graphics (the enhanced version on Steam) still hold up. I can’t be bothered with old Mana, DQ, or FF games, but CT is still a masterpiece. I’m playing Breath of the Wild Master Mode and CT concurrently right now and having a blast with

I’ve been replaying Chrono Trigger after a long break so it’s almost like playing it for the first time again and being blown away by how good the game is... so my expectations for new RPGs are in general quite low right now. :)

This image reminds me, the plot in the episode is taken straight from The Simpsons episode “The Telltale Head”, although instead of a statue, it’s a tree in Duncanville.

Galentine’s is about celebrating the day/night with your girlfriends, regardless of who’s single and who isn’t. Same thing as “Palentine’s”, which is starting to make the rounds.

I like basically everything I’ve seen so far. I’m not expecting some sort of revolution like the original game was, but I hope it’s more than just another button-masher like their recents.

This is on Netflix now. They quickly made a Ghibli deal after HBO Max announced theirs and Netflix beat them to the punch.
