Nah, should have had Lincoln kill Booth with a flamethrower...

That’s what I found so appealing in the trailers — the prospect of a Tarantino “hangout movie” focused on a couple of B-grade Hollywood guys hustling to stay afloat in the new Hollywood, and crossing paths with assorted real-life figures from the era. Get rid of the dumbass flamethrower battle revenge fantasy with

“I don’t like romantic comedy movies or the works of Post Malone or Taylor Swift, but you won’t find me going out of my way to trash them.”

I’d argue anybody who can’t see the dramatic drop in quality and intelligence QT’s movies have taken since Jackie Brown might have questionable taste themselves...

No, nothing to do with anything political. I’m offended by pointless, violence-for-the-sake-of-violence splatter movies in general. Especially overhyped ones like IB.

Nah, just annoyed.

Indeed. Sounds incredibly fucking stupid to me. After wasting 2+ hours of my life sitting through the equally fucking stupid and offensive Inglourious Basterds (or however the hell you spell it) I had decided I was done with Tarantino forever. Then after seeing the trailers for this I had high hopes that this might be

Someone saying that in their opinion the ending sucked, while providing zero details, isn’t exactly a spoiler.

For real? Other reviews I’ve read strongly imply it has a ridiculous, over the top ending. Like the Wikipedia ending. And Wikipedia isn’t the only place I’ve seen reporting that ending...

Only his career is. Or was, apparently...

I actually went to the Waldenbooks...

He more or less treated the actual scripture as a strange, perverse series of folk tales”

I just assumed she died on the way back to her home planet.

Love the Camaro in particular. 100% exactly what a guy like Billy would have been driving in the mid-80s.

with half the interior space...

That’s my plan when my 05 Odyssey craps out. As much as I like the looks and value proposition of both FCA vans, I’ve heard way too many horror stories to go anywhere near them.

My elderly father is of the “you don’t change transmission fluid” school of thought, and I urged him to change the trans fluid on his Town & Country at around 30k for just that reason. Shortly afterwards the transmission self-destructed anyway and he was furious with me, as he felt this proved his point and he wouldn’t

80k? That’s being mighty generous. More like 30-40k, at least according to pretty much every T&C/GC owner I know. Unless you mean 80k kilometers...

Not an excuse, a fact, sorry. It would take a majority of pro-gun-control justices on SCOTUS to re-interpret the 2nd amendment on a narrower scope to allow for gun control. We would just have to trust the luck of the dice and hope the next few die-offs/retirements happen during a Democrat administration to make that

The 2nd amendment of the Constitution makes meaningful gun control legislation nearly impossible to enact in this country. Changing the Constitution would be a huge ordeal and any efforts to do so would be blocked by Red states and gun lobbyists.
