It will be a fad unless companies commit to it. Motion controls failed, not because it sucked (as shown by all of the wonderful things people hacked the Kinect to do) but because there was no commitment to making it work. Wii had to commit, as it was the primary controller. Add ons typically fail: HD-DVD, Sega-CD,…
