I respectfully disagree - I love the looks of this, and I'm sure I'd not be the only person to like it. Anyone in the market for a CR-V or RAV 4 would look at this too.

What backward ass world are you living in. This think will sell like crazy to the people shopping the new Toyota rav4 and its competitors. That’s currently the single most competitive market and this is going to be a compelling option in that market.

Why? Its a more affordable CUV that looks like a Land Rover and named Bronco. Its going to sell like crazy.

definitely fixed roof, but the actual bronco will have a removable roof.  tough to have a removable roof unibody.

I...don’t hate it. Depending on where they price it, it could end up offing either escape or  eco sport sales. Especially considering that the new escape looks like it had a lobotomy and the eco sport is just terrible in every way.

Kinda feels like a restyle of the first gen Escape.

Am I the only one that likes the little guy? A bit of retro, but still seems new. Yes it has shades of land rover, but is that so bad? If it’s decently powered and nice to drive I’d consider one for my wife’s next vehicle.

I don’t think that “EV revolution” will happen nearly as fast as you do. There’s too many cars out there and EV’s cover very few segments at the moment and don’t offer enough advantages over ICE for most people. Even if they do solve the issues of range and charge time, most people wont run out and buy one immediately…
