The fact that somebody got paid not only to write that article at Slate but also to reblog it at Lifehacker (?!) is amazing.

There’s only two cars whose owners I judge for owning that vehicle; SmartForTwo’s and the Infinity QX56/80.

I came here to comment this. Of course, each person has their own right to decide what happens in their vehicle, but this is beyond comprehendable. If you’re that worried about it go by rubber mats online for $60 and keep your friends.
