I’m not so sure. We had an open bar, top shelf, at our wedding reception. We paid for 80 people for 4 hours.

I just remember all-you-can-drink happy hours DC when I was still in school - they usually charged maybe $20 for 3 to 4 hours of drinking and then throw in another $10-$15 for tips (it was still a good deal even 15-20 years ago). This was deadly as I usually consumed an entire night’s worth of booze in the first hour…

Even now pushing 40, i could easily make that worth my time. In my 20s, my friends and I could have made them regret the concept all together. 

I’ve spent much of the past few years pondering the state of world affairs with an element of gloom and then I read about a place like this magical wonderland and I feel like wow, we really live in a glorious future.

I hope he’s OK. Not the least because if he is, he’s now the mayor of Buffalo pursuant to their municipal code. 

So best case, that piece of plywood breaks his fall and he’s fine?

I think it’s more likely that someone DID think through these cameras.
