I believe Flash Gordon was my first introduction to Queen.  I’m eternally grateful for it.  

I hadn’t even considered Disney soundtracks. Pete’s Dragon would decimate all competition if I add them to the mix, which may or not be Disney. I never owned the soundtrack, but I watched it on a loop and still remember all the lyrics.

I had a 45 of the Mos Eisley Cantina song on one side and the Imperial March on the other.  I spun that 45 on my Barbie record player until it warped.  

I’ve not been able to find the complete soundtrack on Spotify, sadly, but I’m working on putting one together.  Cry Little Sister and People Are Strange were the standing favorites.  

Pretty In Pink. I wore that shit out and repurchased a few times. It’s still one of my favorite soundtracks.

You have lived my greatest October dream! I rarely get to watch horror movies because my SO isn’t a fan, but I have many wonderful memories of an old roommate and I pledging and fulfilling our pledge to watch a horror movie every day in October for several years in a row.

Chores and dipping into Season 6 of my virgin run at Mad Men while I wishfully listen for the sound of the doorbell. I love Halloween and I hate that no trick-or-treaters ever visit our place.
