If this even holds a candle to your Garbage Chicken, it is worth trying.  We destroyed that chicken and now I’m looking forward to destroying Crock-Pot meatloaf.

This is an excellent list, although I echo the sentiment that October isn’t so bad. November is when it starts to truly get cold and not even a day of turkey can restore the balance.

Before I dip into the comments and hopefully have my mind changed, I did not like this episode at all. I didn’t find it interesting nor was I all that invested in any of the reveals that took place. I’m not sure what happened between last week’s episode, which I loved, and this one, but they’ve almost completely lost…

Dread! I had forgotten about that one. It was slow to start, but the payoff was worth it. That could also be adapted pretty well, I’d think.

I read that collection! Some were pretty good, some were so so. None quite had Barker’s talent and I kind of hope they don’t use them. But, I was happy to have a continuation, even if the flavor was a little off. 

Funny. I started rereading Scarlet Gospels last week, due to someone on these boards reminding me it existed. Due to a serious lack of time and concentration, I’m not too far into it yet, but I’m enjoying it right out of the gate.
