My wife is Buddhist and while I appreciate a lot of the precepts of Buddhism, it is depressing how she internalizes blame for someone doing something awful to her. “Well, I must have done something equally awful them in a previous life.” No sometimes people are just shitty and it’s okay to be mad at them for it.
