I’ve known a few people involved in the CAVS dept. at Miss State, It’s a pretty incredible program they’ve got going on. Worth checking out for those interested in the field. http://www.cavs.msstate.edu/

It’s ok for oil to have a caramel color... but not to use actual caramel.

Passing Gear

RoadCones.

Dodge Dart at 14,110 ft on Pike Peak.

I do my best to avoid that road... and Nashville all together if I can help it. Murfreesboro’s got it’s bad spots, but nothing like that. Driving that stretch around OHB is like

I don’t travel that road often, but I believe it’s a 40mph road, but dense typically very heavy traffic and unregulated entry (every business has a direct entry from the road). It’s about the worst road in town to speed on.

http://wkrn.com/2016/04/04/cra… It could’ve been worse, this happened here yesterday. Not a C&C event, though the rental company is one of the main attendees, but still the same mentality behind the wheel.

Since Tesla wants to be Open Source, they really need to make a model of the car available in a selection 3D formats for designers to work with. Perhaps even team up with a software company like Local Motors did with Solid Edge to make pro-grade software available for any that want to work on it.

I’d be all over that Belly Tank. The side shot of the HotRod looks good, but the 3/4 view kinda turns me off.... but that Tank....

This is what I think of when I see the front end. They shaped it where it looks like it should have a grille, but just doesn’t. Looks like it should take a Ford Fusion grille.

I want to be the first to offer stick on Grille decals!

We need to do a Jalop Special Event and get Jason to host it.

I don’t get there often (even though i’m in Murfreesboro), but I its one of my favorites. If you like a road trip, Tupelo has an incredible museum as well.

It’s an early April Fools.

I’m pretty sure the Lane museum has one, you should see if they’ll let you drive it.

Rattling Noise Partially mistaken for timing chain on my Grand Caravan. First I’d replaced the usually pulleys, then the Alternator (sometimes their clutch pulley will go bad with the same sound) Then tore into it to replace the timing chain. Removed everything I could to get to it, finally about to remove the cover

Well, While you’re in COS, have some Fargo’s Pizza and go see Garden of the Gods and Manitou. Man I miss living there.
