Makes sense, I know a lot of drivers complained when they first started paving it. I drove it in 99 or 2000 (as seen in my profile thumdnail) and at the time, is was probably about half paved. The switchbacks were fun, even at such a low speed it still wanted to fishtail.

7 deaths over 100 years or so. No worse than most events that have run that long, and definitely no where near the Isle of Man TT. It is a partially gravel road with sharp corners, 6000 ft drops and no guardrails, but they run 1 at a time for all but a few events (and I'm not sure they still do those)

It’s about time GM relaunched the Fiero.

I’ve had 2 myself. This being my 2nd.

As someone that absolutely hates the compass (I’ve rented a couple) but is looking for something in the near future to replace his ‘05 Vibe Auto, how is the daily drivability of the Patriot compared to the Compass?

I came so close to buying my boss’s ‘01 Discovery several months ago. He’s kept it well maintained by a local Rover specialist, and it had OK miles (around 150k). Dropped by his place, cash in hand ready to take it and it wouldn’t start, tried jumping it, and nothing. Put in a new battery, still nothing. Took it as a

I may be wrong about that, it’s the visual styling, especially in the front, that reminds me strongly of the Element.

That’s nice. My uncle put a car in space once.

The new face of Lexus.

Well, it is a lot less cluttered than previous driverless GMs.

the passengers weren’t all swapped out with future corpses were they?

I think the best bet would be to take a design similar to the Flying Boxcar

I noticed a similar switch on an early episode of the short lived APB series where they switched back and forth between a 6th and 7th Gen Dodge Charger. Not a stand in for destruction, but i guess it was a stunt double.

It didn’t stop in the 90s, our ‘05 Caravan is doing this, and I’ve seen it on a bunch of other post 2000 cars.

How about a ‘73 Pontiac Catalina Safari? We had one growing up (my brother still owns it, but it’s too far gone to be worth restoring).

So, is this a similar situation to the Gaz Volga Siber, where they simply bought the rights and tooling to an existing design and continued the production for years after the original was discontinued?

Are we starting a betting pool?

Did anyone else notice they swapped it out with a camaro at the last moment?

I said this after the gatlinburg fires. We need Airport style firetrucks outfitted as emergency escorts to help evacuate people from wildfires.
