Rotary + 5 speed + hill start = terrible novice experience.

Either of these

I’ve put some thought into this myself. Pardon the crudity of these models, this is from my early days in 3D.

for reference. the sedan’s sail panel is not at raked as the swinger’s so it’d be a more natural fit on a truck.

this transition ruins it, If he’d used the sail panel from the dart sedan and the concave rear window, this could have turned out much nicer.

Think this was more an option than a special edition, but i’ll throw it out there, the ModTop Mopars.

Any 90s Japanese RWD sports car. Almost any of these (possible exceptions to the 3000gt since i never really liked their looks to begin with) look so much better in stock trim than with any body kit on the market. Save for some nice updated wheels, just leave them stock folks.

My dart used to get the same sort of attention, unfortunately it only had a 95hp slant 6 at the time.

Well it was a 300 hp Pininfarina droptop for about half the cost of the 500sl... unfortunately it really just looked like one of these

http://www.cnn.com/2008/US/07/31/… This isn’t the rolled incident i was referring to, but apparently it’s still a problem. The soil is really loose up there from the thawing and freezing, getting off on a shoulder can cause the ground to give way.

I stand corrected. This is one of the incidents I was referring to involving a Titan. Sorry, My dad’s engineering rants would get a little tedious so some details get a bit fuzzy. The rolled incident I’m pretty sure was a minute man II however, since it took place near Minot. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1980_Dama…

wasn’t but a few decades ago, these things were transported with only 2 escorts in un-armored vehicles with nothing more than a couple of m-16s and side arms.

I have a close relative that was a safety officer during the Minuteman II era, so i’ve heard enough stories to know that it takes quite a bit to detonate a warhead. For one, the missiles themselves are not fueled until they’re in their silo. I’ve heard of missiles in transport rolling. Even when there has been

I’m a bit more partial to the Thunderbirds myself, but then, I’m an Airforce Brat. Both would give incredible shows when I was growing up in Colorado Springs. I remember the Blue Angels practicing over my neighborhood low enough that if you waved, they’d wave back.

yeah, think jalop ran a story on it a while back. I love lifted (or stock in the case of the Eagle) wagons & coupes.

nice, i’ve been wanting to do this treatment to my 510 Wagon.

Would be nice to finally see someone from the Hyundai alliance finally produce this thing.

I, for fun, design a lot of GI Joe inspired vehicles (some of which i 3d print), the 109 is a favorite reference.
