I suppose...but this sports car won't understeer into the railing when blasting down a tight off-ramp. It will also eat that family sedan's lunch at AutoX.

No they don’t. Chris has the right idea. A higher revving engine or a supercharger makes more sense.

Serious question: Am I wasting energy by leaving the car charger thing plugged into the car outlet? Like, without the phone connected on the other end.

I asked my dad “Are we there yet?” once.

Man, this takes me back. I wasn’t even close to driving age when these things were out on the roads, but definitely remember all the rides from the passenger seat. Then asking my uncle to pop the headlights!

Hahaha! Well played.

They also have plenty of humidity and racists. No thanks. Also: food.

Attention fans: Stop giving them your time and money.

My next door neighbor did it for years. LAPD SWAT raided him, eventually, but he was cool with us.

I have an economics degree. You’re going to put me in charge of a bank?

....but it doesn’t look cool?

Oh really?
They drive those things when they get off work too?

It's more than a few and the Jalop opinion is really the only one I care about. That's why we're here...right?

Thanks for this, and for everyone else echoing these sentiments. Driving 300-400 miles is not really tiring. You’ll get there in about 5 hours. If you’re taking 30 minute breaks every 100 miles or so, you’re just dragging out the trip. Why turn an easy 5 hour trip into a 7 hour ordeal?

Now I am going to say something. And this may shock you.

Leeches, mosquitoes, 91 degrees, 98% humidity and being surrounded by a crush of "noise" does not sound awesome. At all.

So you're not really worried about what the mileage increase will do to the resale value? You might lose some serious cash on this one, no?

He was definitely there.

Grab that minivan and take it up to 80mph. You’ll get to 80 faster than I will, but you certainly won't enjoy
