Well, there are games ported across the systems already... Maybe not 3 for 3, but there are Vive games coming to PsVR, and the Vive/Oculus have tons of cross-compatible titles. Some require you to bypass some DRM stuff or whatever, but the games do work.

The only stuff that wouldn’t really play nice is room-scale…

You don’t need exceptional amounts of power to run VR, you need power to run VR with current-gen visuals at high resolutions. PsVR is simply going to scale back on the visuals, end of story.
