We reached the conclusion that it’s more likely than not that this person was using that hand signal as a racist way of interfering with everyone’s enjoyment of the game. That investigation has almost reached its conclusion.

He probably hates his regular visits to Japan for these commercials, being a big movie star slumming and all. Until one day he meets an enchanting young newlywed who also feels alienated in her visit to Japan and they start an intense and almost but not quite romantic relationship until it’s time for him to go home.

Between Hop, Sonic and his role on Westworld, I guess James Marsden just really enjoys acting opposite soulless mechanical nightmares trying and failing to approximate human life.

It’s bizarre how so many Hollywood adaptions are prequels to the stuff people actually like about the property.

My girlfriend and I snuck in a bottle of something awful like butterscotch schnapps to the new Robin Williams comedy we knew nothing about but were sure would be hilarious, and had drunk a fair amount of it by the time the previews ended.

A Burrito of Ice and Fire

Please settle a debate: Is Back to the Future a sci-fi movie?

Presumably somewhere in the Bran Stark Mental Rolodex is the method men used to beat back the White Walkers the first time around. If I were the NK, I’d want to get rid of that memory ASAP.

Maybe there are rules to his power and ability to access the world memory. He is omnipotent but he does constantly know everything, everywhere, all the time or it would drive him mad. So maybe he just always know the answers to any questions or can get them if he looks inside.

Telling Tyrion his story is crucial, I think. I’m pretty sure the information he gets from Bran in this episode will somehow have a big payoff later.

couldn’t agree more. Jon Snow is firmly established as an inspiring example of valor and nobility that is also a gallant idiot. That’s been a defining trait of his since pretty much day 1. He is truly Ned Stark’s son, regardless of his lineage.

Are the bright colors to warn us that he is poisonous?

But then you’d just end up with a Brontësaurus.

Jim Nantz was doing his best to get El Tigre to cry. “Just tell us how it feels. And I mean how it really feels. Deep down in your soul. Think of your kids. And your deceased father. How does it feel? Just tell us."

I think it’s worthwhile, especially if you like Crowe’s other good movies (Singles, Jerry Maguire, Almost Famous). This was very much the beginning of his consistent streak that ended after those films.

It’s interesting how the pop culture memory of the boom box scene forgets that in the movie this gesture doesn’t work (indeed, I’ve seen parodies that seem to regard this not working as a subversion of the original).

If you want to get really cynical, Tony Stark having significant character development and status quo shakeups in his solo series only for all of it to get completely shat on by some other writer who just wants to make a big dumb crossover event, is actually peak Marvel Comics.

I think it’s also a matter of a lot of movie/TV teenagers being played by full-on 23-year-olds. The kid in this movie would have been pretty much the exact same age as her character (or at least, the 13-year-old version) when she was shooting it.

If the concept is finales which had a lot to answer, would include Monk. The early seasons focused a lot on the mystery of who killed Monk’s wife and why. They waited a long time to revisit that case and reveal the answer and it was pretty lackluster. IMO they should have just had Monk solve that case earlier and

it’s not a problem to put it in, well besides emissions and economy... and its dangerous... and it would cost a fortune and thermal management would be a nightmare. but aside from those reasons i can't think of a single one.
