Imagine a future where a cracked windshield costs $4000 to replace!

If they shut down service everyone would be complaining about that instead. Not saying this was OK, but there is no way to handle this situation without everyone bitching about it.

528hp front wheel drive... that must be terrifying. They probably aren’t releasing quarter mile times because no one has been able to avoid hitting the wall in the first 60 feet.

If you can’t fix an Alfa you shouldn’t drive one

Because it does not always snow off shift. That road is westbound I-94 in Maplewood right at McKnight Road, you can see the 3-M corporate headquarters in the background. Along this stretch I-94 is carried umpteen thousands of commuters daily largely from Wisconsin. I used to drive it daily for 17 years from Wisconsin.

Is the motorcycle rider Phil Collins?

You could go so far to argue that, given it was on a federal interstate, they could be charged with violating laws concerning interstate commerce.

There isn’t enough pink PT Cruisers.

Excellent Idea and good math, however I’d rather us legal taxpayers not pay to process them and pay to keep them locked up. Maybe put them on an new game show during shark week where they swim 300 yards with a bloody mackerel belt, because you know they may procreate or decide to do this again next week. Heck put it

Why don’t we just restrict them to driving pink PT Cruisers for life and call it even?

This, madam or sir, is an excellent take.

Every single one of the assholes should be locked up for a minimal of 1,325 hours.

Not to mention the gas/diesel burned and emissions produced. Running an average gasoline car at idle for 10 minutes produces a pound of CO2, so if we assume the average amount for all those vehicles and piggyback on Nobody’s calculations, that an additional 88 pounds of CO2 added to the atmosphere because these dumbass

Cruel? Questionable at best. Unusual? Nope.

This exit is almost 2 miles past the last available exit on I24, on one of, if not the most traveled thoroughfares in the city. And that’s if and only if, the backup only went that far.

I support this 100%, and think we should also apply it to the highway patrol officers who cause a backup handing out a speeding ticket at rush hour. Around here that’s many tens of miles of backup, not just 2.

You completely lost me after the word “math”. But have a star for confusing the crap out of me on Tuesday.

For $1000, I was there!

You get a star. ‘Cause math.

I did some math.
