Aside from the rear seat stitching that comes apart, it’s damn good and head and shoulders better than its American GM counterparts from the same era.

The GTO doesn’t have a typical GM interior.

Trust me, a GTO interior is not typical GM plastic crap.

Partially because on the Monaro there’s a grille opening below the hood opening. That’s why if you get close to a GTO, you’ll see the leading edge of the hood is rolled under. They never bothered to fix it when they imported it.

That’s Spice Red.

Dear Toyota:

Back when I was 18, I was driving to college in my ‘95 Chevy Monte Carlo Z34. It was dead smack in the middle of winter, snow on the side of the road and all. Anyway, while traveling down the highway, admittedly speeding to try to get to class on time, my exit is coming up(exit 21 off of 495 north for my fellow Mass

If they don’t want it, I’ll take that beautiful EF off their hands, and for more than any stealership would give them in trade.

I sincerely hope in the 11th hour someone hooks him up with the parts to get it going again. He’s so close.

According to the latest episode of Roadkill, you don’t have to do a thing to the driveshaft.

Did you do like Freiburger in the latest episode of Roadkill and put oil that was too thin in the engine? His was knocking until he put the correct weight in. Still knocked, but only barely.

Eh, once you understand it, OBDII really isn’t that bad.

Aside from the shot PCM, mine’s been electonically sound.

Right? Even though the landing was smooth and he kept going (backflip, even) that had to hurt.

Does my old Civic count?

Tracy-load should become a common term around here.

Back at the ripe old age of 17, I had a ‘95 Monte Carlo Z34. I thought dressing it all up would be the way to go, so I slapped a NASCAR body kit on it, painted all the lettering red and got a vinyl cling on Chevrolet windshield banner from AutoZone. I remember while commuting home from college one day on the highway

Now playing

Can we also talk about Jim Koehler and his truck Avenger? I still don’t understand how he got such air with how much his huge balls must be weighing him down.

IIRC the trans is based on a Powerglide or Turbo 400, and the pinion brakes glow from them riding the brakes during driving. Pay attention as they jump, sometimes you’ll see the tires stop in mid-air. The tires spinning has a gyroscopic effect on the attitude of the truck as it flies through the air. Yes, by braking

When your balls weigh that much, centrifugal force does some crazy things.
