Talking about what kids *should* know, I was just having this conversation with someone. I am not a parent so I have not been super concerned but what should kids learn these days?

@HeartBurnKid: Agent of R.O.A.C.H.: Yeah some other commenters seem to think "pay TV" means PPV, but the actual articles are a bit ambiguous. I took Pay TV to mean premium TV. Starz, HBO etc.

Guh. Come on Hollywood. This is good, but how about giving me movies within 90 days of coming to DVD?

@Balveda: I would plan on SUPER long lunches after every new episode of Lost to sit at my desk and go through all 11 pages of commentary.

I still feel like all of Season 6 could have been redeemed if they killed the whole hokey hugging in church ending.

@tselliot: It was disappointing to find out after the show was over that the "ending" they said they knew from day one was simply Jack dying and his eye closing as the last shot.

@westau: sadly, for many people the only option is to MOVE.

This is coming just at the right time when most Netflix owners are pretty much just using Watch Instantly!

@cormack: I think this is less about real "pirate amnesty" but a super clever way to advertise a sale on the game. And Machinarium was great. Anyone who is interested should pick it up for $5.

It's funny, I know that Eureka is the much more popular show but it never really clicked for me.

@CSX321: I am not sure I agree with it either. I was gently pointing out a disagreement I have in geekymitch's logic that this is ok because it could theoretically (although the evidence points otherwise) prevent some sort of terrorist event.

@geekymitch: Biggest problem with the scanners are that they are a big expensive bit of theater that actually miss most of the crucial and deadly bomb making devices, including the ones the underwear bomber had on him which prompted this nonsense.
