Yeah at least there isn't already a crack out that lets you defeat the servers and already has a fix for all the bugs that may occur....

And today EA announces they are going to distribute Deathspank.

@AOClaus: What I thought was interesting was that Tycho from Penny Arcade used to talk about buying boxed retail versions of PC games and then downloading just the "crack" portion to eliminate any DRM because he hated the performance hit games took with an additional program running in the background.

Is this the same company who just a week or two ago admitted they made a great mistake not letting Harmonix stay with the Guitar Hero IP and letting them go create Rock Band?

@nvision79: Activision doesn't have any interest in reviving any of the old Sierra IPs. Even worse this was a NON COMMERCIAL project so no one was "profiting" from the IP.

I'm going to log into the forum. I am relieved to hear this is widespread. I thought my console was dying.

@GeneralBattuta: I'm running ME2 1920x1080 with everything maxed out on a Core i7 with an ATI 5870 and it runs perfectly and looks great. Aside from the normal texture pops that plagues the engine.

@Revenge_of_Nekojin: There was also the issue that widescreen was once again cropped 4:3 rather than full 16:9 which they acknowledged was an issue and promised to quickly fix in a patch.

Has the PC version been fixed?

@Desfunk: Ha! I was just thinking the same thing reading the review.

@monkeypoo2: It is one of the first ways you learn how to fight xenomorphs in the dark. Within the first hour. There is a rave club in the Marine compound (why I have no idea) and there is a nude hologram dancing on a stripper pole in the center of the club while you fight xenomorphs on the balcony.

Can they fix the game first? Make it fun? Even with DX11 running all the tessellation bells and whistles it is still such a ragingly mediocre game.

@coreyfarkas: Compression only in storage, to be decompressed later on a console. Like PC installs do now.
