@UltimateIdiot - Eating Crazy since Yesteryears: All the advantages of a console still exist. They aren't PCs that don't force you to install games. But internal hard drive based storage is so ridonkulously cheap that making someone wait 15 minutes the first time they get a game to de-compress and install the game

@S.. doesn't have any friends.: Nope. I just tried and it makes it very clear that both your profile AND buzz go away as a package. I have been aggravated about this all week because I do not want to use buzz but I do want my Google profile to exist.

Note about DX11 and BSOD. I don't know if it relates but I installed AvP last night. (shitty game and instantly regretted Steam purchase but that is not relevant).

@TheCaptain: He did pick a private address from his address book.

I love the planet codex'. And a bit of the informational ones as well. They remind me of Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. A lot of them are quite cheeky.

I finally paid off some high interest credit cards and am finally leaving behind my financial recklessness of my 20s.

Bruce Kulick AND Chris Caffrey?

@AlucardsQuest: They rescheduled the entire Slayer tour. Go check it out on the Slayer or Megadeth site. Tour is going to be in August.

@Brmarlin: It would be a mercy killing. Killing. Killing.

Anyone who can play "Rust in Peace...Polaris" or "Five Magics" drums on expert should no longer consider themselves a gamer. They will be officially promoted simply to drummer.

@one800higgins: Sadly the site I am referring to is a very private tracker. The probability is that an MPAA mole does have an account, which I assume is inevitable at pretty much any private tracker as long as you allow members in good standing to invite other people.

@one800higgins: I got an MPAA warning from a very well-regarded and coveted invite only private tracker.

@FrankenPC: no matter what you re-bound your keys to, use spacebar to select the proper match. Found that on some site's forum, IGN maybe, and it worked.

I bought the Alienware Aurora desktop about a month ago. The thing is a 59 pound beast and way gaudy, but freaking awesome.

@Dreamwriter: You're totally right, my bad. It is still one of the first, and I guess for me the first that I'm excited about :-)

It should also be noted AvP is the first game to be natively DX11 out of the box. Which is the main reason I'm going to buy it on PC rather than PS3.

I was shocked at how good voice recognition was when playing with it last night.

@RoboBagins: It would be awesome if this had an achievement/trophy attached to it.

Core i7 920 with Win7 64 and 12 gigs of triple channel RAM.
