I’ve never thought too much about buying a new-new bike, but oh man, I really want one of these.
It’s pretty dang gnarly. Zack Courts gives it a proper flogging too.
The sensible thing to do is just buy a pre-prepped track bike, but why do that when you can build and set it up yourself for more time and money!
I had almost given up on Indian building anything more exciting than the Scout, but here they go teasing us again.
Sweet baby Jesus I’m in love! The EICMA motorcycle show is going on in Milan this week and there’s been a bevy of awesome bikes debuting. This little bug makes 105hp / 63 lbs•ft of torque and weighs 418 lbs wet and 373 lbs dry.
Let’s try a variation of the classic game. I opened my local craigslist and picked the first three cars.
I have two trade offers on the table and I can’t make up my mind!
Rent a Ducati Multistrada 1200 and ride down the Amalfi coast!!!
I went to my third track day/weekend at National Corvette Museum Motorsports Park. I was initially a little nervous after my off at Putnam Park a month ago combined with the remnants of Hurricane Harvey blowing through the night before, but it all came together!
Woooo! Track day photos! Putnam Park is a fast and flowing track. Spent a lot of time on the right side of the tires.
Not exactly how I wanted to end the last session of my third trackday.
The girlfriend passed her MSF class and much to my surprise wanted a bike ASAP. I had suggested an old cheap Ninja 250, but she had her heart set on this particular TU250X the moment she saw it. She originally liked the idea of a Honda Rebel, but soon realized that she didn’t like the low seat height and forward…
Thought I’d share a video from my first motorcycle track day! Come stare at my butt for eleven whole minutes! I took a two class at Mid-Ohio sports car course and I can’t recommend it enough!
I’m hooked, first motorcycle trackday was amazing!
Fresh from Ebay and lovingly wrapped in an extra small Abercrombie & Fitch sweater! What could it be!?!?
As I suspected, now that I got my Frontier as a DD, I sadly don’t find myself driving the MR2 much anymore. If it’s a nice day and I want to go for a spirited drive, I’d rather take the SV650. If it’s not a nice day or I just want to be comfy, I’ll take my truck.
V-twin FTW! and matching windscreen and tires! Happy Friday ya’ll
I brought home Ruby, my 2007 Suzuki SV650, exactly one year ago! It really is a wonderful jack-of-all-trades motorcycle. I’ve already signed up for a track day and working on a return to the Tail of the Dragon. I’m also of thinking about exploring the upper peninsula of Michigan. Just need to figure out where to go…
