this looks amazing. I would love it if my small neighborhood did something like this. But as it is people can't even drive the 20mph, people are at least doing 30-40mph. Some developer should create a housing development like this and see how it works out. 

You know, you can be a fan of cars and still not want people driving in the most dense city in the U.S. that is served well by public transportation. I love driving (manual only!) and had a car when I lived in NYC, but I never drove it around the city. It was only to get out of the city.

I know someone that recently traded in their leased small SUV for a newer version of the same small SUV. On one hand, I congratulated him for leaving the leasing game behind (finally). On the other, it’s a 72 month loan with zero down. His payments are over half of my mortgage payment.

I come from the nuclear industry. That industry has redundant systems to redundant systems.
