“For a topic like this, I guess anything other than Tokyo is the countryside.”

I love my FIAT 500. Yes, there’s a 1,000 reasons why I shouldn’t drive this car and 2 reasons why I should, but my funeral. I do admit there is also something psychologically wrong when ME for driving this car (I was lucky I never needed a new car and rarely drove).

throngs of people in Nara

This is why I’m not a fan of Abe - Japan has about a billion more important things to be concerned about than how names are presented in media.

There’s a chance that that note is not the real note the person wrote, but just a “reenactment” - in the top left corner, it indicates “the fax that the accused sent, but does not explicitly say it’s the actual fax.

It is. The entire area is called Higashi-Yama (East Mountain). Ni-nen Zaka (2nd Year Hill) is the name of the path that leads to Kiyomizu

It most definitely is...this entire area is usually packed with people, it’s very difficult to walk on. It looks like it was taken very early in the morning, since the shops seems to be closed.

Because I am stupid, I read the headline and really thought why stolen Fiat 124 wheels would be a big deal?

I live about a 45 min away from Dotonbori. I’ve personally witnessed “dumb shit” occur about a dozen times a day. When I moved to Tokyo, it was worse...especially during the flower watching season. I couldn’t get the hell out of Tokyo fast enough.

Keep in mind there are quite a few dialects in Japan. People in Tokyo sometimes don’t understand what I’m saying and can easily tell where I’m from (I often fall into a strange Nara/Northern Osaka/Southern Kyoto dialect). Generally, I feel Tokyo people sound as though they are constantly trying to pick a fight so it’s

I have absolutely no knowledge of the economics of TV anime and corresponding sales of manga, but one would think that would have the opposite effect? I probably won’t watch a TV program of questionable quality and extremely unlikely I would be purchasing the source material the program is based on or the Blu-ray

I personally didn’t like it. Certainly not all Japanese shows are bad, there are some that are fantastic. This one I thought was very melodramatic (to the point of absurdity) and poorly acted...I lasted about 2 episodes. Keep in mind that I often find myself enjoying TV shows (e.g. NHK morning drama) that nobody seems

I’ve overpaid for old Fiat 500's...I paid way too much for a 1963 500D, probably worth about $7K US tops, but ended up spending almost twice as much. I would pay too much for any Abarth 595 or 695 variant, even if it’s a tribute car.

I really thought you were going to explain the Daihatsu Canbus

Don’t get me wrong, I absolutely love my Fiat 500's! I learned to drive on a 500 Economica that literally had giant holes on the floor, no roof, and kept on falling out of gear...BUT it moved!

Fiat 500 engines starting with the 500D I think had about 18 (my manual says “max. power output-DIN rating: 18Hp”...which I have no clue what it means).

I have a 71' L and a 64' D...the D cannot make it up hills around where I live (for those familiar with Brown University, I tried to go up Waterman Street from a dead stop on North Main...I nearly died). It does have a new clutch kit, original for the most part, and I feel I have maintained it very well (maybe I

...Japanese drivers are probably much more polite than American drivers...

I want something Italian...Alfa GT Junior or Fiat Dino

I was on an ANA flight from Washington DC to Tokyo. They had a few interesting games. They had Tetris which I was able to play for about 9 hours.
