You could always get a cheapo controller adapter from ebay if you hate the Dualshock that much (which I completely understand). I've been using my wired x360 controller on my PS3 for a while now and it's pretty great.

I really hate to say this but I know people who are convinced they don't smell and skip showers sometimes or don't put deodorant on... they do smell and it's very awkward. I might not tell them because it's rude but still. It's just better to be sure, especially in a work environment.
