Wow that’s crazy! I don’t have any experience of how early voting works. Based on what I’d read, it sounded like picking up a paper ballot and mailing it in. I guess it’s still not that much of an improvement in some places.

I wish more states did early voting. I looked it up, and I could only vote early if I will be out of the country or otherwise incapacitated, preventing me from voting on November 8th.

Interesting... I never actually thought about roasting the mirepoix before adding to my chicken stocks. I always just roasted the “main” stock ingredient, be it chicken or beef or pork parts, or whole vegetables for a veggie stock. Something new to try now!

Roast the whole veggies for a short bit before using them to make a stock. Same for any stock. It draws the flavors out and really brings a stock to life.

Bingo! The greatest thing about stock is that you are getting good use out of what would otherwise be trash. If you want the broth to have a bit more body, you can roast the bones for about 20 minutes first, but otherwise, yea... Everything you said.

That’s what I was thinking... It wouldn’t turn into an even 3 way split. My best guess would be 1. Democrats, 2. Fiscally Conservative, and 3. Socially Conservative, at a roughly 40/30/25 split, with about 5 percent left over for other.
