I live in a deep red state, and once you get away from the yard banners for Trump, when you talk to people, the general consensus seems to be “Idk, they both suck pretty bad.” That having been said, I also live in a “low information” area where people don’t watch news or debates, because “that crap is boring”.

In my experience the cheese sauces tend to use béchamel as a base. The béchamel listed in the infographic is overcomplicated.
