“Gentle Rentals”  --James May

I just finished a 5 day cross country blast in a rented Dodge Grand Caravan GT. Snicker all wish, but I was VERY comfortable during those 600+ mile days.  Dodge wins for my backside!

I believe in freedom. If Dharna Noor doesn’t like cruises, he doesn’t need to go on any. See, very simple, and he can go fuck himself anywhere else he chooses.

I have been dreaming about the Royal Enfield ever since I read your review.  Damn...if only.....!

“The tension between my love of internal combustion engines and my desire to limit the role I play in destroying the planet...”

We already know that dealers work to maximize their profit on every transaction—that is how business is done. The Korean product is solid, better than the Subie in about every way, and has been in demand. Why should dealers discount product when they don’t need to?

That a climate change alarmist writes for a publication that caters to prodigious consumers of petroleum products is beyond my comprehension.

No C4C II. Govermental interference in free markets ALWAYS creates unintended consequences.

Now is an excellent time to correct trade imbalances. Japan has played US as fools for decades, and, as fools, we have accepted it on their terms. Glad to learn US trade reps will maximize this opportunity to set things right.

I make plenty (about$150k), but regardless, won’t  spend more than $25k on a new car, and will finance only 36 months. Anything more is a waste.

Ever hear of the free market?

Gasoline price already serves this purpose.

“Buyers demand higher fuel economy”

Bless you!

“The Pantera was always sold with Ford engines like the 351 Windsor”

I don’t sleep in tents. I just lie there, cold and uncomfortable.

Wow!.  What an unpleasant, dark place you inhabit.

Yup, articles like this perfectly illustrate why I seldom visit this site.

Don’t write a review until you have reviewed the vehicle!!!

Wow....a breathless non-review for a vehicle that has not been seen, touched, or driven!  There is a reason auto-scribes are derided as being beholden to their manufacturerer keepers, and this is Exhibit 1.
