I’m smart - I test software that performs complex analysis of microbiome testing for patients and reports on that data in a manner that can be understood by most doctors - even non-specialists. And I wouldn’t trust myself to run the country.

My office too — I make a weekly run to our local health food store and buy my team home made peanut butter cookies. I usually go on Thursday and get us all one each. Went today and got all three each.

Ty!

Oh this intrigues me...more details please?

You. We expect you and every other white male to pay for all of our wimmenz bills. OK? Now get back to work.

I’ll be wearing something white to vote on Tuesday. And I fully expect to be crying - either while or after voting. Shit, I tear up just thinking about voting for her...and election night?? Oh dear god, it’ll be worse than when Obama won..I CAN NOT WAIT!!!!!

IDK why but right now your posts are reminding me of

Yeah - I’m working with two young developers now who want to learn as much as they can. They love it when I not only find the bug but explain how I thought about my testing. And to help them design new functionality and how to fix legacy problems. They get that 20 years of testing all kinds of applications may give me

And her dad was a Goldwater man, fer heaven’s sake.

What I just LOOOVE to do is to not only find and recreate the defect but too also tell the developer what’s causing the problem...whether the code’s borked or there’s a problem with the database or the upload process or whatever...and whenever I can - give them advise/suggestions on how to fix it! : ) The good ones

It’s like you’ve heard it before! And every damn one of them thinks they are ever so clever as if they are the first person to make this “point”.

Over 20 years as a software tester here...dealt with so damn many of these developers who can not accept that a defect is not a personal insult. A personal favorite is when a junior dev who does not understand the complexity of the system will tell me they ‘can’t make the defect happen on their machine’ so it’s not

I’m wearing my ‘Madame President’ tee shirt under a blazer with jeans and boots. The closest I get to a pantsuit anymore.

Oh I really really want that to be true. Violets are such lovely flowers...

I’ve heard/read that in other places too. Our fair media though has to maintain the horse race story line for as long as possible so the actual attendance isn’t reported and images/broadcasts are framed to show the venues as full to capacity. We get all antsy and anxious thinking there’s this YUGE level of support for

Oh he will whine about it for sure....

Fair enough. Actually he can use that as well - call for a recount, be told the race isn’t close enough to trigger one, whine to whoever is around how the system is totally rigged!

Don’t the results have to be close to get a recount?

VA here..Bring me some Iron City and you got a deal. We should be OK here...

“Donald Trump will protect you. He’s the only one who can.” How terrifying is that? How truly terrifying there are other Americans who seek out a ‘strong man’ who alone can take care of them...who obviously don’t want to be part of this experiment we call America.
