Well, if the manager is telling the truth when he says that Gambino has been sitting on the song for 3 years, that would be a pretty good defense.

I actually like Omission, it was a decent if unexceptional beer.
Kate, you might want to fix your math here. I don’t think anyone could reasonably call 9,000 out of 20,000 “about a quarter”.
This is actually Colter’s fourth season playing the character. Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Defenders, Luke Cage Season 2.
I don’t mind the general “does the staff not like me?” questions because sometimes it is “is this thing I’m doing rude?” And I’ve worked in restaurants, sometimes people do rude things and probably don’t realize it. Though these people usually aren’t the ones who find themselves questioning online if what they did…
I think that happens a lot, actually. The wacky character gets more popular than the “straight man” ones. So then they push the wacky character more and more and people realize that holy shit small doses were better.
I think the point is that you’re not going to break it immediately on a presidential level. You need a longer, grassroots movement. Get a few third party candidates into congress, senate, governor positions, etc.
I’m all up for third parties, but their supporters tend to take the lazy route.
Nah, they’re based on the 2012 TMNT cartoon. Which was actually pretty solid, really.
Sure. There just seems to be a recent habit of movies filming scenes that indicate characters are LGBT, but then they get cut. And then we get stuff like that where, in interviews, people are like “we have a lesbian character!”...only we never actually see that in the movie. It’s the legit laziest kind of pandering.
Yes. Absolutely. Basically every word that starts with “t” gets turned into “turtle_____”.
I think he actually does a solid job when the shows allow him to be kind of a big kid goofball. Which is what the character should be anyway. They just refuse to write him that way.
Yeah, I view it as less an indicator of how much I’m going to like something and more the odds that I’m actually going to like it.
But the clumsily written line wasn’t in the actual film. That’s the whole point of the article.
Without Coogler it’s quite a bit harder for me to get hyped for this.
1) Background information can help flesh out characters and make them feel “real”. Most stories can be told in two sentences if you want, Hamlet is the story of a boy who wants revenge on his uncle for killing his father. It’s the details that flesh out the characters that matter.
The line was terrible. But also pretending to have a lesbian character while also cutting all indications that a character is lesbian is lame.
This is a strange take for an article about how a lesbian character had all indications of her sexuality cut from the film.
More people watch tv than read comics. That’s a tricky concept, right?
But I think people in general know that anime has some really fucked up shit.
