What about reverse parallel parking on a busy street? I see people who do that here and it pisses me off. You're driving opposite the direction you're supposed to go to try and get into a parking spot. Isn't that illegal?

Bob Marley earbuds work with Android. I loved those headphones. The first pair I broke by trying to clean them wrong, and the second pair I broke by getting one headphone stuck in the dryer :(
But if your Bluetooth earphones fall out of your ears when you run, you're going to spend a lot of time looking for them. At least the wired ones aren't as hard to find.
Android has an option for an ICE list built in. If you go to Contacts and then In Case of Emergency, you can set who you want contacted there. Anyone you add there & any notes you add there can be viewed/called without having to unlock your phone. For mine ICE, I have my boss, my boss' boss and my father. Just because…
Wow. That was a HUGE amount of fail on my part! I didn't bother reading the first half of your comment, went to the forum, tried those steps, they didn't work.
Random-thread-jacking while we're along the same line:
An easier way to view all the annotations on a post would be great. Right now, the current picture has 18 annotations, and I'd love to view all of them at once instead of having to click them one at a time. I am an impatient soul :)
I like this idea.
From my understanding from watching the news last night, reporters were also encouraging businesses to open their WiFi to allow people to connect.
To me, all this stuff LemonWallet can do, you could just as easily do with Evernote.
I have a Motorola Droid Razr from Verizon (the original one, not the Droid HD, the Droid M or anything). I cannot get this to install on my phone.
I only use Windows for iTunes and MP3Tag. Whenever iTunes has an update, it requires a restart. For a computer I seldom use, it's a pain. At least my coworkers have told me to expect Windows updates to come out on Tuesdays, so now I can make Tuesday my "Reboot for no good reason" day.
I prefer Linux over Windows for the most part because Linux boots up faster than Windows, and Linux is much more politer about installing updates. Can't install that update right now? No problem! Tell Linux you don't have the time right now and it doesn't bother you again. Unlike Windows that only lets you stall for…
This. It does seem like a nice idea, but to be honest, I'm one of those boring people who only talks about the same 4 subjects. I see the benefits of these meetings, but I imagine there is probably some "forced to share" aspect that would just make me obnoxious to my coworkers.
This. I always use Revouninstaller. It's the bomb! And then I also use UniBlue Registry Cleaner to clean out my Windows Registry (and yes, I actually bought the paid-for version of it. Worth every penny!).
If memory serves, you should be able to buy an unlocked iPhone from Apple. So, even if the carrier won't sell you one that is unlocked, Apple will.
I have a FitBit (glorified pedometer if I ever saw one), and since getting it, my exercise goal each day is to hit 5,000 steps. On work days, I generally hit 2,000-3,000 each day consistently, meaning I only need to take a walk around the block twice when I get home to meet my goal.
Yeah, ditto :/
This (assuming your child is still a kid and living under your roof. Otherwise, if it's his computer & his house, signing him off is just a dick move).
Hell, I LOVE that one! I'm going to use it on any kids I come across!
You're going at it from the wrong angle. Come after it from the angle of "If your child gives me the measles because you didn't keep them locked in a bubble for a month, I'll be really upset."
