Wait, so you don’t get XP or money? Or you mean it’s balanced so you don’t have to grind? Because the later SNES RPG’s such as CT or FF6 didn’t require grinding to progress anyway, so that’s hardly a feat of modern game design.

Hear hear. Legend of Heroes looks like a bit of an indie game compared to Xenoblade.

but ditches the obsolete nuisances that marred those games.

Alright, now it’s confirmed.

Ooh caps and cute phrases and everything. Sounds like someone else is getting a little grouchy.

Hey man, how’d you feel if one of your favorite things degraded into what basically amounts to crossover fanfiction...

I will admit that’s been sitting on my backlog for way too long to the point I forgot about it. Other than that though, it’s all superheroes and star wars...

Oh right the furry Lego games, I forgot about those. :(

I hate that this is what Lego is now, at least the games are. Just references to other things, instead of their own original stuff. I don’t care about half the crap in this game, and the franchises I do care about, I don’t care about in Lego form.

Oh god, look at that poor MK64, messed up pixelated ui elements against razor-sharp polygons that somehow look flatter because of the increased resolution... I’ll never for the life of me understand why anyone would play a game messed up in an emulator like that.

Are we calling the simple pleasures of looking at a nicely drawn pair of boobies “creepy fantasies” now? Surely even you people should be able to see to see that’s taking it a bit far.

re: that FFVII screenshot:

He’s been in Kingdom Hearts on GBA, Theatrhythm, and he’s gonna be in Final Fantasy Explorers on 3DS as well. So that’s 3 times already. Enough for a Smash appearance in my book.

Me, overthinking? You Y-negative folk are the ones trying to explain something that doesn’t need to be explained... :p

That’s all really great, but unless they can come up with something I can play on my own, in my own time, without the interference of tiring multiplayer balance and mechanics, I’m not gonna bother.

Just because a lot of people do something, doesn’t mean it’s logical, as a ton of real-life examples prove.

Of course, in a plane, you don’t directly turn right. The plane rolls right, then flies (approximately) upward from its perspective. This makes X and Y stick position consistent with each other, again. No weirdness there.

But it’s not forward. Look at the screen, do you see forward movement, or down/up?

Y-inverters use the excuse that the stick mimics the forward-backward rotation of the head, as if it was stuck to the back of it. In that case, the stick should also mimic the left-right rotation of the head. It’s very simple.

I’m sorry but by that logic, X should also be inverted. It’s the weirdest thing of all to simulate the rotational axis of a head on Y, but not X.
