Well, Miatas (from what I understand, having never driven one) don’t rely on torque, or 0-60 times, to be fun. And with the designed-on-purpose body roll, it’s also not about the Gs. So even if the hover propulsion is slower off the line than a stock Miata, fun could still be had. Unlike, I'd imagine, making a hover…
Miata is my first thought, considering how light and balanced it is.

I love this effect on “SUVs”...have tall rim/low profile tires for style, and for street handling...then add black wheel arch covers/extenders to give the vehicle that beefy large-tired-truck look that a vehicle that tall needs, to not look like a mini van. Forget just, you know, building it with truck worthy tires…
Oh, and no backup camera.
When I back out of a parking space, then steer backwards to back into a different parking space across my lot, I feel quite skilled. (5th gen Camaro, btw)
Ah, I can appreciate it then. Thanks!
I agree about the scripting. The jokes toward the end, such as in India (the banner joke on the train) were clearly so staged and forced. I mean, I get that many things like this ARE staged, but it's like they stopped caring about how staged it seemed.
