Because we’ve had 7 seasons across 18 years(!!) of this shows existence: we’re lucky we got that far in the first place, let alone a movie to cap it off. This was always a show that kinda disappeared, came back for a year or two then disappeared again.

Playing and enjoying video games has always been expensive. But this already pricey hobby is becoming even more expensive as we enter the era of $70 games. For many, $60 was already too much to stomach. Now games cost even more, and that’s not even factoring in taxes, potential DLC, or skins.

Considering how garbage the Giants are that video of Golloday tripping the RB might be the most realistic Madden clip I’ve seen.

There needs to be more discussion, I agree, and not just whispers in the shadows, because the whispers often make an evaluation of the situation change.

Just to be clear, -all- of the game data is copied to the internal SSD (or HD in the PS4/Xbone case), and the game runs from there. This is how it’s been for years. After installation, the disk serves only to authenticate your game. You can even hear the disk drive stop and never activate again after the first 30

one study measured a price disadvantage of only about $.05 to $.07 per gallon where the laws are in place

The article omits any mention of the independent gas station lobby. The industry association has created that bullshite list of reasons and has successfully squashed every reform effort. Little guys with 2 or 4 pumps know that Wawa and company will wipe them out in price wars if pump your own becomes the law. I have

“Let’s address the most dire situation first. The new Xbox controllers are sinful. They require AA batteries, which means you can’t just plug them in to the console and charge them up like the DualSense.”

*laughs in Game Pass membership*

Not only long enough to probably get bored with it (raises hand) but games are usually $20 off as they leave XBGP, so win win.

Swing and a miss.

I suspect this is Sony taking the opportunity to gather some first-hand data about the tradeoffs of day-one launches on a subscription platform. They’ve claimed they aren’t considering doing a true Game Pass rival (as in Sony 1P titles on day one), but I think they’re probably starting to recognize that if Microsoft

Nothing really, it was just a random neat-looking shape you could put on your armor in multiplayer.
