But why name your super-awesome new breed of ship something so dull? I could understand if all the ships had pedestrian names. but the only thing that makes the name Infinity unique is its utter blandness.

Precisely. The names of Halo ships conjure imagery and provoke questions. What is a pillar of autumn? Who, exactly, is clad in amber?
I don't see where it is a peacetime vessel. Also, my argument is that the Rutland Belle would be a more interesting name than Invincible or Indomitable or Infinity or any of the stuffy old standby ship names. Ships in the Halo universe have traditionally had rather poetic names and I'm disappointed this game is…
So i really like this episodic multiplayer mission idea, but the ship is named Infinity? Really? Is this even attempting to be in the same universe as the earlier games? Because ships in those games had interesting and unique names like In Amber Clad and Pillar of Autumn. A 10 minute brainstorm should have been…
All book SPOILERS all the time in here.
I think I'm more interested in this just because they are going with a lesser-know piece of history than AC3. Same time period, it just looks like they are going with a more interesting part of the conflict.
Looks like the character from the Kara tech demo. I hope they are keeping the sentient android angle.
Changing the Red Wedding would be tragic. It was so powerful and unexpected in the book. One of those moments where I felt that something was going to work out well then BAM! multiple storylines destroyed.
I can't imagine they would change the other part of the death, but I could see them changing Tyrion's responsibility regarding Shae. And that would disappoint me greatly.
I think the Walker was looking at the camera, not necessarily Sam. When the shot reverses to show more of the army, it appears the frontmost Walker is behind Sam's rock.
Book Three SPOILER below.
So, coming from having read the books, I'm not a huge fan of the Qarth changes, but that's ok.
Merchants have virtually no responsibility to verify that the current holder of a card is the proper owner. The liability is on the consumer to keep track of the card and to notify the issuing entity if the card is misplaced or stolen.
That was great. Laughed the whole time. My favorite part was either the "I am not a werewolf" check box or the bit about "if silver does not kill him, then poison of capitalist decadence will." Well, one of those or maybe the epilogue, because that is how most Russian movies end.
I recommend watching it in French with English subtitles if that's your thing. Also, the climax is a bit on the weak side, but good characters and story and fun to watch.
Yes yes yes. Le Pacte des Loups is one of my favorite movies.
I know. I was wondering what Craig T Nelson had to do with Street Fighter.
As far as sexuality not being a choice in real life but it is a choice in ME3, I compare the situation to being able to pick your sex. Being sexed as male or female is not a choice in real life but is a choice in many games. Not really an issue for me that sexuality is a choice in video games.
Sure, it was nice and all (the best part started at about 2:00), but I think I'd rather watch someone on youtube play with ferrofluids and magnets on their kitchen table.
Ezio's memories of Altair were given by the seals he found in Constantinople. Altair bound the memories to the seals in order to lead future assassins to the Apple he hid.
