This is the correct take.

I’m already seeing flight reschedules - hard to say if it related to this or not as I haven’t dug into it yet. But Air Canada thought it would be smart to reschedule my first flight in December to take off 3 hours AFTER my connecting flight is supposed to land at its destination.

Not sure how their system could let

But people with experience doing a shitty job are good at, well, doing a shitty job.  Experience means little - good experience means a lot.

I’ve never changed my screen name but nice try.

You missed the big part where they didn’t work for months in 2020.  Kinda skews the numbers a lot.

You are very incorrect. As someone who bought a brand new truck several hundred miles away, to save almost 5k over the best deal I got within 200 miles, I have had zero issues getting in to two different local dealers for service and warranty work. They don’t care - AT ALL - where I bought it from.

I was willing to

That 40k doesn’t address how much time the employee actually worked. Actually, it gives almost no real details.

Then reading that Twitter stuff, they are complaining that pay stubs aren’t provided and they have to - oh no - go online to get their pay stub. Yeah, that’s pretty standard boys and girls...it has been many

Back in early 2015, I was promoted but lost my company car, so I needed to buy a daily. This was on the short list, though I wasn’t exactly desiring a 4-door.

Loved the drivetrain but the interior on a car like this is a little hard to get over. That Nav is super dated and so integrated that (at least in 2015)

Again, a 5 minute internet search would answer that question. Hard to feel sorry for those unwilling to do a few minutes of free, easy research on what is likely the 2nd largest type of purchase they ever make.

I’ve been offered a DNA test by the Back To The Future crew but that’s down the line after the court case

Rational is not buying until supply becomes reasonable. Keep fixing the old car because guess what, it will cost less in the long term over scoring a newer ride well over retail.

Wait, so Ford is holding a gun to the heads of these low credit people to take a loan from them?

How about the the take being that Ford is doing a good thing, offering options to those that may not be able to have access to credit otherwise.

How about personal responsibility for those purchasing these things. Someone

If you’re not familiar with the labor movement, crossing a picket line is generally considered in poor taste.

This is a good take - I didn’t even think about northern CA getting snow. I haven’t seen electric snow blower worth owning. I do need a snow blower where I live and would have to buy used/out of state if we had a mandate like this today.

Hopefully a decent electric option does eventually become available, as I would

Baby boomers were born between 1946 and 1964. Gen X was born between 1965 and 1979. I was born in ‘79. I have no grandchildren or children of child bearing age.

There are plenty of non-boomers who own Vettes.  Saw a bunch at the IMSA race this past weekend.  But nice try.

Buy a used one. I’m rocking an 1998 Exmark 60" for the last 10 years. Runs great and have done very few repairs, the most expensive being new tires that it needed when I bought it and a $180 belt drive clutch.

I said:

Probably drives 3100lb, all motor C6Z that dynoed 590 to the wheels without any chrome on it. What is your toy?

Owned a CRX Si for a couple of years (back in the 90's) and have driven a couple other cars on that list. Sorry, I can tell every time the weight balance is wrong, torque steer (on cars that made any kind of power at least), understeer, etc.  Much prefer RWD and AWD cars.

I’m actually okay with this, except there aren’t really any good solutions currently for those products that are in the say 15-25HP range. Smaller residential riding mowers (which I’m against personally - just buy a commercial mower as it will be cheaper in the long run).
