They are out there. My wife’s B8.5 S4 sounds pretty good. As good as my LS7, not even close, but still sounds decent.

Inline 6's, though, I haven’t heard a good one of those.  The N54 in the BMW I just sold was okay with the stock exhaust and CAN flap open, but okay isn’t good and every other setup I heard on that

The logistics of doing this are pretty much impossible. Are they going to setup a whole new camera setup just in case it rains so that they can race on the infield track. Then they have to not use all of that area due to the chance the inner track will be needed.

They can have the best reliability of any vehicle ever (not that I believe the CR BS), but doesn’t matter as they don’t sell anything compelling to own.  A bunch of FWD cars and boring crossovers.  MAYBE the Miata RF, but at that price I’d be looking at other fun cars.

I’ve never done this and lived in Ohio my whole life. Can’t even do it on the wife’s S4 without putting it in service position.  No reason other than it isn’t necessary.

How can they possibly charge or convict the guy of “use of a mobile device while driving” when they have proof that he wasn’t using a mobile device?

I guess there is an ass for every seat.  This may have taken a huge loss here, but sold on BaT for $14,752.50 after auction fees.

Who are the 26% right now giving this POS a NP?

I also think most people want that personal interaction with a real live human.”

Not at all. You can call me names, make fun of my mother, etc. and all I care about is getting the best deal I can. I have no interest in any personal interaction with anyone selling a car.

That said...that interaction, when buying

Exactly. We haven’t had a high here above freezing in weeks in Ohio. There is snow everywhere and salt-filled roads. I could drive 10 minutes to the car wash and be salty by the time I get home.

You expect them to pull the engine, split it apart, just to replace the IMS bearing?  This is not a servicable part on this motor - but is more reliable as well.  No one changes these out unless rebuilding the motor.

I don’t get the original Isetta, and really don’t understand the price people pay for them now. Super slow, impractical, drives like total crap, not nice at all - might as well drive a Model T; it will get just as many looks and be a more usable vehicle.

So where are the low mileage, no issues 23k 997's?  I’d love to buy one but there is no such thing.  Even the high mileage ones go for more than this.

Where are you finding 997 Porsches for this price?  You aren’t and you won’t, as the market has gone nuts for the 997 (and is steadily creeping up for a 996).

Anyone voting anything BUT NP has zero clue as to what the 911 market is. High miles and a couple issues, this is below market for a 997. Maybe this would be an average price for a standard Carrera Tiptronic in this condition/miles, but this is a manual S. Well below market. Hell, one with 136k on the clock sold on

Rob, you have a string of recent cars that have very recently been on BaT or C&B.  This one is no exception, closing out on C&B @ 7k, though looks like it never sold as both the buyer’s and seller’s accounts were deleted.

Back in my dating days (which ended towards the end of ‘06 when I met my wife), I would typically try to drive my beater to meet a first date. By the time I met my wife I no longer had a beater, but prior to that I did my best to ensure first dates were not impressed with my ride.

My wife is from Newfoundland (has been in the states since ‘99), so pre-COVID we would travel there twice a year. 12+ years ago, we would fly to New York and take a connection there. Airlines sold and such and now it is all Air Canada, flying from Columbus, OH to Toronto then to St. John’s, NL, or driving to Toronto

I don’t call them “shelter dogs”, “rescues”, etc. They are used dogs. And you know what - I love a good, used dog.

round 103 are listed at $72,000 to $96,000.”

In no way, shape, or form does that mean that is what they are actually asking for the vehicle. This has been seen a LOT for C8's being sold; typically happens on pre-orders where their system automatically updates it to the online sites (and their own site), but the

29% NP currently...yet I am not seeing comments from ANY of those people.
