RIP to the fabulous king

They know what they got (coronavirus)

Let me offer reason for hope. I spent time today with the owner of multiple KIA stores. He spoke at length on his view of “change or die”. He’s upgrading facilities, gone non-commission sales staff, fixed pricing, 7 days no questions return, replacing employees and managers who don’t fully buy into the “customer

Worst sounding V12 ever!

I’d cop it in an instant. I’ve slowly come around to 3 but 2 was just special. I’m still holding out hope they’ll rerelease it this year in honor of its 20th anniversary.

Many millions of people have been deeply hurt by the pandemic, and we are fast approaching two hundred thousand American deaths. So many people have lost their jobs and suffered tremendous financial and other hardships. Even for those who have so far escaped some of the worst direct agonies of the pandemic, the

How about a car that still would look good in a galaxy far far away....

There’s already Fett’s Vette, so maybe... Storm Trooper? (as in Izusu Trooper). Or Jar Jar Tatra? (I’m pulling at strings now).

I suspect this would make someone’s mechanic, whose behind on his boat payments, very happy.

What about an LS1 Aztek?

Mustang? We should be so lucky. You know KITT will be a crossover.

I’m willing to bet that a large amount of the people that INCESSANTLY WHINE about Jalopnik needing to “stick to cars” and “keep politics out of it” probably won’t bat an eye about this event being obviously hyper-political and divisive. Even more so probably applauding that it’s even happening and be eager to attend.

I feel like they really missed their chance with the naming. It could’ve been “MAGA Klassic Kar Kruise” to really round it out and embrace the culture.

Why must we turn every event into a political statement. I was planning to drive a couple laps of woodward in the morning of that day just to see what was out cruising. Now I will likely be lumped in with whatever shit group is organizing this “MAGA Cruise” when I just wanted to enjoy cars. This is why we can’t have

So, I often point out how we get better car deals here in Canada than you Americans do, once you take the dollar comparison into account. Sometimes people argue with me. Well, those people are dumb.

Four cylinder engines that are half a V8 are unnecessarily big and heavy, like the Porsche 944 and the Pontiac Trophy 4 engine used in the first Tempest cars. Reason is, the V8 crankcase is retained, minus one cylinder bank. A purpose-built 4 cylinder block is always better.

I found two 9-7x Aeros on Houston craigslist. This is the better one.

If it was David Tracy, it would have been “A Man bought seven Jeeps...” He wouldn’t bury that info.
