Oh, it’s pretty dumb. I mean you are going on about unspoken, unwritten motivations that might be in the comics and stuff when it is mentioned several times throughout episodes 3, 4, and 5. But hey.

So you recognize that the situations, and hence motivations, for the various exiles are quite different. But tha then you go on to say how they’re still the same thing.

“I think people have it wrong. We’re not complaining because Luke gave up. People are complaining because Luke or any Jedi would never walk into the sleeping quarters of another Jedi and do what Luke almost did”

What the fuck is wrong with the world where a writer can be like “yup, I’m an absolutely shitty writer.” in public, and keep their job as a writer?

If obi wan didn’t have like to watch over, he never would have gone into exile.

In A New Hope, obi wan cuss of some dude’s arm with his lightsaber.

Well, that’s a particularly dumb hot take.

You don’t?

But on the other hand, he lost a laser sword fight to someone using it for the first time.

Because there’s a lot more opportunity not in jail than in jail.

Yeah, it’s pretty hard to listen to the made up shit in your head that goes directly against what they actually say in the movies, books, and shows, but wtvs.

So, worse than pointless. Great. Thanks so much for clearing that up?

Was Aang’s quest in avatar to become a good father? No.

The four digit codes are model numbers, not serial numbers.

“Kylo Ren very clearly has never been taught how to fight with his lightsaber,” which perfectly explains why, when teaming up with someone even less experienced them himself, they were able to defeat a cadre of the most elite and will trained soldiers in the galaxy: beginner’s luck.

That’s against copyright.

“John’s ultimate explanation about his reluctance to demonstrate his intelligence as a consequence of growing up on a colony full of blue collar-types with little patience for brainy people was interesting, but also a bit unsatisfying as a one-paragraph synopsis for an entire lifetime of self-muting behavior.”

Did you miss the part of the episode where the science team was mocking Yaphit begins his back for getting them into the problem in the first place?

So it’s less of a seat belt reminder than a “you’re really fucking lazy reminder.”

Reminded? No.
