I believe that's called 'good customer service'. Or alternatively, it is called 'helping people by not being a greedy prick'. Especially considering that IIRC, Radio Shack doesn't pay by commission, why would anyone be labeled a selfish, snake-oil selling, scammer for someone else's payday?
