Douchebag streetcar drivers who see that someone is blocking their path, buy refuse to stop despite ample stopping distance for a street car (it's not a 100-car freight train). Having right-of-way is no excuse to ram someone who is blocking said right-of-way.

I 100% agree. If the CTS had a BMW badge on it, it would be a $90K car. Fantastic vehicle. Even the 1st gen CTS-V's are turning into classics as they hit the sub $20000 market.

Here's the real problem with auto-headlights: When it's raining, when it's dusk, when it's dawn — nobody will actually use their lights when appropriate. Rather, they'll just let the car make the decision.
