I mostly agree, even though I can’t imagine an even more gigantic PS5 at this point, unless it doubles as a coffee table (or looks like one of those midcentury modern record player consoles, that’d be classy AF and I absolutely would buy that - for the sophisticated retro gamers). At this point I’d be very happy with

You know what I’d buy in a goddamned heartbeat? A giant PS5 SKU with the guts of every Playstation inside. I wouldn’t care if the damn thing was $899.99. I wouldn’t even care if its aesthetics were designed by the same time traveler stuck in 2010's Chinese bargain bin that designed the regular PS5. If Sony made it

I primarily use Yelp stars to find places that “probably don’t suck”...

To be fair, here in SoCal, Burger King’s quality went teats-up in the late ‘90s when they started letting their beef and grilled chicken sit in warming buckets for 30 minutes before either handing the customer a cold burger or throwing it in the microwave to dry it out and ruin all the toppings and then handing it to

I went to Japan a couple of years ago with some friends. It’s more affordable than I had been worried about - we stayed in a lot of small, business-class hotels that were really lovely (especially the one that served breakfast). It was really easy to see a lot in a short amount of time.

Thank you for this. I ended a years-long relationship this week, and it feels weird to be struggling with normal breakup stuff (admittedly my first adult breakup that requires moving out) and trying to figure out how to build a social life during Covid, when other people have more practical issues of staying

Cool protest bro, but you might as well buy it cheaper now

If you think a limited edition release with a closed window for distribution is ever going to go down instead of up in price... not sure you’ve ever bought a rare game before.

I guess this is a matter of personal opinion. To me, a massive difference is something that would make me go “damn, I need this”.

People who make it love to tinker, love working on games for fun, and are often aspiring game developers of their own (these can make good portfolio pieces for later resumes). It’s as much about the joy of creation as it is about “being graphics obsessed” for them.

Awhile back a lot of gamers would trash-talk anything that wasn’t graphically intense and/or photorealistic. People who emphatically don’t care were a reaction to that.

I’m playing this game on my Switch ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I don’t really get people who are so graphic obsessed. It is a great game and that’s all I could ask for, got more than my money’s worth on it

It’s my opinion that Odyssey is hugely overrated and I have no idea why it is so revered. Like, its a cool game, but its not the second coming like most reviews would lead you to believe.

Ahhh such a good idea. I like paper Mario but I would love it if square and Nintendo would get back together for a proper Mario rpg Sequel. Pipe dreams is right!

I never played either XCOM games, but always wanted to play 2. Kept almost pulling the trigger on my Xbox, but never did.

I played so much XCOM 1, and then for some reason with 2 just.....never bought it. Who knows why, but a Switch version is a no-brainer purchase for me, I play twice as much on the go as I do docked.

- Surprised the next Smash fighter is an ARMS character. Figured Nintendo had forgotten about the game. It’ll probably be Ribbon Girl, MinMin, or Twintelle. I know Smash fans are likely despising this because it’s not Waluigi or a 3rd party character, but this also leaves the (admittedly very small) hope that Elisanne

It’s John the Baptist’s fursona!

holy fuck. what if....
