the games are common. what is not is them being sealed.

You can get all the games just not sealed. At this point, why would you break the seal on them when you can simply buy one that is already open?

I think new super mario brothers u deluxe has an invulnerable character, and I know tropical freeze does too (though not sure if it has co-op). Pretty sure Kirby Star allies is also forgiving in that way.

Drought of games? In which universe? I am beggaring myself because of all the great switch games coming out.

Ecco the dolphin on 3DS is quite amazing. They redid it in 3D and added an invincible mode so you can just focus on puzzles. Playing it like this you can appreciate what is amazing about it. Wish they had done the same for tides of time but I can't imagine it would have been worth it.

genesis was our only 16 bit console and i had no idea 6 button controllers ever existed

my main issue with this is that there is not a lot here that I don't have on the sega genesis collection for switch. unless latency is way better (or something) the collection (which has rewind) is better IMO.
